Born in Danville, Illinois, Darren was raised by two successful entrepreneurial parents who taught him the benefits of accountability, self reliance and hard work. Upon leaving Illinois, he attended Arizona State University studying political science, business, art, and philosophy.

Active in his community, Darren is an active member of the Thunderbird Organization which was started in 1937 to host the Phoenix Open golf tournament. This organization made up of 55 selected individuals donated over 7 million dollars in 2007 to local charities. Darren is also a proud supporter the Special Olympics, Arizona State University Athletics and numerous other community and civic organizations.

Darren resides in Scottsdale Arizona, and is married to his wife Pam, and they have three children.

Will Manion was raised in Kansas city, Missouri and moved to Arizona in the spring of 1989. With over 18 years in the Valley of the Sun, Will brings a wealth of knowledge about the Phoenix area and it’s vast real estate investment opportunities.

Will comes to INVERITY with over 12 years experience in Real Estate sales, with a strong background in macro-economics and real estate investment advising. His broad knowledge of personal finance, economic education, along with his passion and ability to clearly advise clients, makes Will an invaluable addition to the INVERITY team.

Will is a licensed real estate broker, and personally owns and manages his own investment properties in Arizona and Missouri. Well versed in providing unique real estate opportunities for his clients, Will frequently attends educational events around the country for the financial and real estate industries in order to further his education and knowledge. He is constantly seeking ideas and strategies to bring the best and latest wealth building information to the marketplace.

In his spare time, Will enjoys working out, reading, fine dinning and playing various sports with his kids. Will resides in North Phoenix and is married to his wife Nicole. They have 2 children, Willie and Taylor.

Danette, proud of her German & English background, grew up in Huntington Beach, California. She attended Brooks Fashion/Interior Design College, Cypress College and continues to be involved in continuing her education, both personally & professionally.

Danette enjoys her work and has over 18 years experience in office administration, accounting and management. Her exceptional organizational skills put together with the motto "diligent effort accomplishes the work of two people" has earned her many accolades for her hard work and dedication.

Danette & her husband moved to Phoenix in 2005 and receive much happiness from their spoiled dog, Isabel. When they can get away, they like to travel and enjoy all types of water sports.

Renee Carr was born and raised in Bronx, NY. She comes to Inverity with over 8 yrs experience in the insurance and financial planning industry. As an executive assistant with Inverity, Renee is responsible for the management of client services and business processing.

Renee graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2003, with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. At John Jay, she was an active member of Nubian Pride Club and John Jay Pride Club. She is also a volunteer coach for the YMCA youth basketball team.

Renee's professional designation and certifications include the Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC), Life and Health Insurance License, Arizona Notary Public, Certification in Customer Service and Administrative Assistant. Renee is currently working on obtaining the Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation.

Renee and her family moved to Arizona in 2006 from New York. Her hobbies include skating, reading, writing, bowling and playing pool.
